1)   To always strive to create an inclusive and empowering environment for women all ages through graceful movement that leads to strength on the pole and in life.

2)  To inspire creativity and confidence through the art of dance. Specifically pole sport based exercise for maximum gains physically and psychologically.

3)  To encourage personal understanding of the unique needs of all women and customize individual and class solutions to achieve the populations goals at the mental, physical and spirit of the individual.

4) To provide and environment & community built on Longevity and Resilience that comes from Grace and Strength that each women holds with-in her, to be amazing and fearless is her self expression.

5) To educate women and the population on the science backed data of advantages of the sport across the life-span: Health, wellness, cardiovascular needs in aging, nutrition specific needs, body image acceptance, muscle engagement and joint saftey. It is not a trend. It is now science backed and researched
