At M'age Flow Pole & Fitness LLC ("we," or "us"), we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our "Services"). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information of users of our Services ("users," "you," or "your"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your information as described by this Privacy Notice.

Personal information is information that identifies or could be used to identify a specific person. Personal information does not include de-identified information (anonymized or pseudonymous) or aggregated information derived from personal information.

We may collect a variety of personal information and other information about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

Information You Provide to Us

Registration Information. If you sign up for an account, register to use our Services, or sign up for emails or other updates, we may ask you for basic contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and/or mailing address. Communications. If you contact us directly, we may collect additional information from you for safe education in fitness education. For example, when you reach out to our customer support team, we may ask for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other contact information so that we can verify your identity and communicate with you. We may also store the contents of any message or attachments that you send to us, as well as any information you submit through any of our forms or questionnaires.The studio follows all FCC and HIPPA regulations with 100% privacy regulations with it's online presence.

Classes/Events. If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, company, phone number, or email address, as well as specific health information relevant to the class event for which you are registering.Registering for email notifications occurs on the site, Class notifications are through Offering tree - see below.

Health Student Statement forms or PARQs

No medical provider is present or represents the Mage Flow Pole Brand. Class & private consult health data is used one to one in person only and not stored electronically after completion.

Fitness Health statements are required for all legal Fitness facilities  and insurance companies in Texas with some federal oversight. 

All old & new health problems should be discussed with your primary provider before your classes and instructors notified every class if changes occur. Your legal waiver you sign clarifys your student responsibility in an ongoing manner. 

The studio age range is very broad: we serve adult women ages 18-99. The Health form has "lifespan" womens relevant questions, to keep students safe in class planning, spotting needs and stamina factors that may not apply to you personally. Mark as NA. We need to keep all students SAFE and all instructors informed.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services and is detailed in the Legal waiver forms on the new  website and on offering tree which includes photo/video permissions. Students do sign legal waivers with photo consents. All content posted or tagged with the @mageflowpolefitness.com, name are subject to brand copyright. 

All students should be advised that this is studio specific and you should always use appropriate facial blurring  before the posting of clips with anyone else present,  unless you have further written permissions. All classes afford single person class documentation space and time at the end of class only. The studio tries hard to post as few photos of student and when we do, we use flattering photos of students by using blurring, transitions, filters and effects so you look fabulous.

 Note:Photo & Legal Liability waiver is signed for each person registered to ENTER the studio.  Observing a class is not possible for friends and family without a full registration &  booking through offering tree websites and an original copy is kept on file at the studio for 12 months and you will be contacted annually to update. 

Payment Information. We use Stripe for payments online. Studio point of sale is on line or cash.

Mage Flow Pole & Fitness LLC is not responsible for client privacy using outside 3rd party apps of any kind. We advise you to be aware of your connections not associated with the studio brand for your own privacy rights as always.
