Classes/Events. If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, company, phone number, or email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.Registering for email notifications occurs on the site, Class notifications are through Groovio - see below.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services and is detailed in the Legal waiver forms on this website and on Groovio which includes photo/video permissions. All content posted or tagged with the @mageflowpole name are subject to brand copyright and appropriate facial blurring should be completed before posting of anyone else unless you have further written permissions. All classes afford single person class documentation space and time. 

Please contact M'age Flow Pole & Fitness LLC through email immediately 1) for violation concerns for immediate corrections and student actions &/or 2) to revolk your contract and legal waiver here : maze@mageflowpole. Note Legal Liability waiver is signed for each class booking through Groovio and an original cpy is kept on file at the studio for 12 months and your will be contacted annually to update.
