All classes & lessons start barefoot or sock footed.
We suggest the skill eval to discuss your footwear so you get the most out of the class before you have to tackle balance issues
We prefer when outside of the studio(parking) you refrain from something we call
no "skin folds visible".
A dance or street skirt can come in handy especially if you are running late with your hair on fire.
During class:
Use paper,white board/photo or video to record your homework and the routine to practice at home. If not sure ask your instructor because, others present have different skills, body types and preferences!

We recommend a small protein drink &/or carb snack - this is hard work!
All media used for homework is fine. All posting of another face (not yours) is a violation of privacy, unless you personally obtain a written waiver from them.

Put you street shoes away and place your small bag or shoes beside the pole size you need. We have 40's & 45mm stainless steal and one lone 48. Please avoid others' things with respect.
Grab a pole rag & cleaner and set it next to your pole if that is all you have.Check your pole for wiggles, spin smoothness and report to instructor all concerns immediately.
Then go meet anyone you want & start personal prep including your personal dynamic stretches.
After class:
Clean your pole to shine like a diamond for the next person- pay it forward!
Put your pole rage in the bin and the cleaner in the basket.
